Your Recorder Pro app has stopped working, your support URL doesn't work, how can I get some support?

I bought this APP to record my Erhu practice. I am unable to rename file names. After recording ended, I tried to give it a file name but the APP just did not take it! I did not see any pop up menu to do file name change after recording ended. Why???

Apple send out an update, no longer works. 18.1.1. To be exact

I have this app for 3 years and now all of a sudden I can’t open it.

I bought the app but once on an iphone14, it doesn’t work well. Can’t get support and it nags about buying it. The Restore just loops and times out. Is there another install?

The app needs an update. It crashes every time I try to play a recording. Is there a plan to update? I s there any other app that I can transfer my recordings to?

Over a year of audio files have been lost, after finally giving in and purchasing the full package of the app Immediately I was unable to access any of the files and the app crashed every single time I clicked on any of them. I find this to be unacceptable.

Says .99 upgrade all features. Then only upgrades one.

I can record all conversations without a hitch. From recording I can re-write a note for the interested parties. Thanks for your assistance.

I paid for the upgrade to use Google Drive. I have excellent internet, but I get a white screen when attempting to link/connect to my desired cloud storage. Poor quality, feel robbed.

Plug iPhone into computer. Go to “files” Recorder+ You should see all your files there Drag to a folder of your choice on your computer. PHEW

There’s a Google ad smack in the middle of the screen that interferes with what you’re doing. Tried to send a recording via email and it got stuck there. Couldn’t get out, couldn’t get back, couldn’t delete a draft. Not worth it and then couldn’t even think about paying more for something not worth it.

there is none friendlier over the years it has become my only recording app it’s great a well rounded solution for me to record my keyboard sessions

I really like this app. I use it to create rehearsal tracks for people who sing at our church. I want to save the recordings for future use, so I tried to upload a few files at a time to OneDrive. The app crashes regularly. Sometimes it won’t upload any, sometimes one or two, but never all four. And they’re small files—45 seconds each. It did the same thing with iCloud. Emailing them works, but it’s a lot more effort.

This app was great at first. Now, it crashes ALL THE TIME. I’m not sure if I’ll b able to retrieve my recordings. Avoid.

Free and then you pester potential customers with costly upgrades. Classic bait and switch. If you want to charge, then have the balls to tell us front.

After recording an mp3 file after renaming the file the new name is not saved.

It charged me to record longer and that it just didn’t do it.

I have used Recorder+ Pro for years, but suddenly the app is no longer working. I click on one of my old recordings, and the app shuts down completely. Does anyone have any ideas of how I can at least recover my old recordings. I am a singer and it would be devastating to lose them all! Is there any App Support any more???

Does not work with IOS 16.0.2. I hope this will be fixed soon, as I cannot access any part of the app without it crashing. It seems I have lost all my previous recordings.

Why eevrytime i try to rename a recording it crashes!? Ridiculous

All my files are gone. It’s not like I was gonna do anything profound with them but personally I liked having them to show my progress in singing. All of it is gone.

I don’t like the banner at the top. The white light in the background of it really hurts my eyes, yet it cannot be moved/deleted

I have used this app before to record classes so that I could review them later, and it is works decently well. However today, I recorded a very important conversation between myself and my aunt, who will probably not be around very much longer, when I went to save the conversation the app blanked out and disappeared and when I went back into it the conversation was completely gone. It had not been saved it had not been paused, it was just gone. I am devastated. Absolutely devastated. I have no way to get that back. She’s not always lucid and able to tell stories and I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to get that again.

I bought the full version, I try to record phone calls and it doesn’t record at all. I can’t even report a bug from inside the app

This App is very useful as well as easy to operate. I’ve used it for personal/family and business documentary needs. Surely recommended to those in need of “precious “ memories as well!

Been using this with an external microphone for years. Pros: - Great sound quality - Easy to use - Plenty of features Cons: - Interface comes in only one color: dark. Fine for indoors or at night, but very difficult to see if you’re outside in the sun; I don’t remember it being this way. - Intrusive pop-up ads started appearing earlier this year, despite my having paid for the no ads version. I’ve contacted the developer several times about this and each time they tell me this is a bug they will fix “soon.” Recommendation: Shop around

The ads are all over, annoying, I was charged couple dollars, no worth it. Do Not Buy. Other apps has better and user friendly.

I paid for all the extras! All of a sudden I keep getting ADS when I first open the app! I restore all purchases every time and it shows all extras “purchased” yet every tine I first open the app there is a full page AD! What did I pay for?

Very good! Downloaded it a while ago, recorded with it and it worked great for what I needed to do. The voice clarity is great, background noises, if any, are diminished to the barest minimum.👍🏻

This app is working absolutely fine I got what I wanted. This app working fine for me very handy and useful app.

I purchased the app and it was great for me to use to quickly record a song idea when the inspiration hit. However the other day I tried to access my saved files using the “Files” icon on my iPhone. All of my song idea files are gone and I can’t find them anywhere.

This app is amazing very sharp sound I can record any voices on this app I m enjoying using this app thank you.

I would understand the ads but not those annoying ones where you can't click out it. not even worth it.
